At Moralona.com, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Exceptions:
Underwear: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear.
Exclusive Clearance Sales: Items purchased during exclusive clearance sales are not eligible for returns, as these products are, as stated, being discontinued.

Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Please send the package via a courier service and provide us with the tracking number. The standard return address (if confirmed by Customer Service upon receiving your proof of purchase) will be provided accordingly.
